I don't dismiss Gallery as a victim and the police did let her down. They let her down even if she's still alive.

I think she’s a victim and the police should have followed up. Unfortunately, there are too many missing people and not enough police to do a thorough job of it.

Yes, but because church had been shot, they didn't bother checking it out. It's unfortunate, but LA does not have enough police per population.

I'd say she's a victim, hidden in concrete somewhere, along with countless others that we don't even know about yet.
I don't see that the police, (or more specifically, Mora), let her down as she hadn't asked for help of any sort. The case appeared to be tied up with Church's death, no need to follow up any more leads.

>6 Sergeirocks: I said Mora let her down because even though she didn't ask for help, he saw the condition she was in and he did nothing to try to get her help. It was all of her own making but she was vulnerable out on the streets the way she was. The least he could do was see that she got to a clinic rather she stayed or not.

I think she's probably dead. I can see why no one followed up. They thought the Dollmaker was dead and she was in an unsympathetic group that comes and goes, gets involved in bad choices, and is easy to write off.
