How do you think Harry handled Newell when discussing whether to use the tape and if they had enough to charge Bremner?

He was very careful to do everything right. He couldn't let this one walk away.

The young whippersnapper needed to be brought into line! Bosch knew the dangers of not handling this one just right.

I think he handled Newell correctly. If Newell waited to charge Bremmer until he had "all his ducks in a row" then Bremmer would already be out on bail and possibly fleeing the country. Harry was right to tell him that he had to go with what he had so that they could keep him locked up
