Font size/style picker and jumping to the first unread

@conceptDawg added a style picker, in case you weren't liking LibraryThing's choice of fonts on updated pages.

Just go down to the bottom of the page:

And click "Change Style" to get

Additionally, Talk now jumps you to the first unread message, not the last read. To make this work, links now look like

this, with "unread" at the end)
https://www.librarything.com/topic/325384#unread

instead of this, with the number of the message at the end
https://www.librarything.com/topic/325384#7288335

That was presumably supposed to say ".. not the last read"?

What kind of bribery would be necessary to get a nice serif-font in the options for us eccentrics who prefer them?

Yup!

$100,000 in unmarked, small bills

I wouldn't mind having a serif typeface among the options..

This is a challenge inasmuch as Maine is about 5000 km and an international border away.

>1 timspalding: Thanks for working on this. However, I'm still sometimes being dropped somewhere above the last unread. I'm using Windows 10, Firefox 82.0.3. This is an example of a link that dropped me on the lengthy link above the last unread: https://www.librarything.com/topic/324816#unread

>9 NinieB: I've noticed this too. I think it was working correctly yesterday but it seems to have reverted overnight.

ETA: Also the problem with the first post in a thread showing as read the first time the thread is entered is back.

NinieB (#9):

That link is only going to work for you, since most of us won't have read anything in that thread.

>11 lorax: just trying to provide any useful information. It seems like this is a problem when the preceding message is long, rather than short.

NinieB (#12):

What would have been useful would be "It did not work correctly when the first unread message was #xxx in this thread. It did work correctly when it was #yyy in this other thread." But just giving a thread is not actually very helpful.

>12 NinieB: Thanks. Found the issue there and I'll push the update within the next day or two (it's caught up with some other changes that I'm making that aren't quite ready to see the world yet).

You can put the money directly into my Cayman Islands account.

A serif version is now available as option "E" in the style picker.
