Giveaway Question- Couldn't find in FAQ

I listed two books to giveaway. How do I contact the reader to sent the requested book? I can see that I have a request already, do I have to wait until the deadline, or can I send it early?

>1 LeonStevens: Once your giveaway closes, you'll get a list of winners and their contact details. Presumably you don't get them before in case a. they change their mind or b. there needs to be a draw for successful winners.
Disclaimer: I haven't done this for a while, but that's how it worked for me last time.
