Here in S.F., we are. First up, Tosca at the end of August. Then Fidelio in October.
This will actually be my first live hearing of Fidelio, so looking forward to that.
As, I gather, occurred at Chicago Lyric, San Francisco Opera has taken the opportunity to refresh the house by putting in new, more spacious seats. Really looking forward to That. The former, 89-year old seats seem to have contemplated audience members not over about 5 foot 6 inches tall!

I can report that the new seats at Lyric are quite nice. I'm not a large person at all, but I nevertheless felt cramped in the old seats. Now my elbows don't hit the sides! AND they've offset the seats so it's easier for me to see around the tall person who somehow is always seated in front of me.
