I remember reading a book years ago.
From what I remember, this woman took over her mother's dollmaking business. The business was downstairs, she had an apartment upstairs. She owned the building, there was this guy commiting murders and dressing the women as this woman's dolls. I remember this woman met a man and went on a date and I think he was a cop? I also remember that she had a younger half brother? At the end of the book she ends up being captured by the murderer and her boyfriend (the guy she went on a date with) ends up helping her and I think the building she owns burns down, I could be wrong. But I've been thinking about this for days!!! Somebody help me 😥
