I think this was announced in a newsletter almost two years ago, and now some information (but no ordering information) is up on the website: http://www.centipedepress.com/horror/powersofdarkness.html. Any guesses as to pricing for this one?

I'd guess between $200-$300.

>1 JacobHolt: It went on sale on August 7 for $135 through a link sent to newsletter subscribers. The signed version (500 copies) sold out in about half an hour. The unsigned ones (about 150 copies) were gone after another hour.

I was wondering about that. Normally, Centipede's website will explicitly show N-number of signed and M-number of unsigned copies at X- and Y-prices, with the signed link crossed out or greyed out with "sold out" text. This time, it only showed the unsigned ones by the time I saw the newsletter.

As I could see it on my end, it was first showing that one would purchase a signed version. When signed were sold out, it showed that one would purchase (for the same price) an unsigned copy.

Well that's really annoying. First, both should've been listed simultaneously. Second, they should've been priced differently. So weird!
