Finding romance novel where hero has clauses for heroine

Hi i am trying to find book where hero keeps clauses fir heroine to stay with him and work for him. Few clauses include staying with him in his apartment, tieing his time etc.

They actually met a few years back but i think heroine runs away since she thinks hero betrayed her. Now he is determined to win her back. Help me find the book please!!
