Hi fellow ROOTers.
I'm Lynda and am not a stranger to this challenge but I haven't done it in a couple of years. I'm setting myself up for '23 and getting my mind set on reading all my patient books that need to be read and set free.
So, for the remainder of this year, my goal is rather small but will get me properly focused to read my own books!

>7 Caramellunacy: I really enjoyed it too! I especially like the way the author portrays the Queen; spry, alert, sharp and kind. Just as I pictured her.

>8 connie53: Thanks Connie! It’s nice to be back with ole book buddies.

I'm the most unorganized person when it comes to keeping track of my reads and my groups. I initially thought I'd join the Category Challenge in '23 but, nope I'll just stick with the 75ers and ROOTS. I've come to the realization I do not have the brain capacity to be in many places at the same time.

That said, I remembered I had finished a ROOT posted it on the Group Thread, but not here. So to update......I finished my second ROOT of the year, I started in October, Castle's of Europe
I purchased this book at a
Used book sale several years ago. I loved this book but it is very outdated and many of the plates are in B&W. Still, it has peaked my interest and I hope to find a more up to date edition and delve into the history of these castles a little more.
2 more ROOTS to go

I've got to get myself a system!

Hi Lynda. I totally understand your idea about joining to many groups. I found the 75ers too big for keeping up with everyone and decided to stay with my first love: The ROOTers.

I'm glad jou decided to stay here too. See you in 2023. Have a very Happy Holiday Season and all th best for 2023!
