Were you surprised that Vaughn was Johnnie Fox?

I was - I'd totally bought into the hit-and-run story. I just thought Vaughn was another thug that had attached himself to Mittel over the years.

I was surprised too. I had a different mental image of Fox and truly believed he had been killed off.
