Are you reading a Pratchett book now?

I began listening to Small Gods as narrated by Andy Serkis, but I'm not tracking very well. That's probably due to me more than the book, recovering from surgery, I want something to entertain and distract, but can't focus or concentrate.

Yes... This answer is probably always true since I reread the books again ang again.... At the moment I'm in the middle of "I shall Wear Midnight".

I have a few books on the TBR pile but I am rapidly approaching a Discworld intermission after I finish my pending ER book. The jury is out on whether 2024 will be a complete Discworld reread or if I will just read a few of my favorites again.

I decided to reread Witches Abroad, I could tell from a friend's comments that I had forgotten too much of it.

One thing I love about Pratchett, is he can take forever to build up the story to a terrible pun. In this one so far, the older Witches were berating Magrat for getting the wand. There was a lot of talk about foreign parts and such. When Magrat said she only came to visit the fairy godmother, and eat the foreign dishes that she liked to cook, she was accused of "currying" favor. :D

just finished Maskerade, which I read before but didnt get lots of it. This time I had no trouble. Hilarious
