Has American Poets Project Been Permanently Discontinued?

LOA's American Poets Project (APP) has long been on hold. It has been many years since its last publication. Until now, however, it continued to be listed in the My Subscriptions page of LOA's members and subscribers web site. I discovered today that it is no longer listed there. Does that mean that it been finally and permanently axed? If so, it is a sad farewell without an fanfare.
