Can't Add ER Win to Library for Review

I received the book Dracula Beyond Stoker Issue 2: Renfield as an ER win, but I am not able to add it to my library. I'm getting the error, "Could not find any results? Go to the Add Books page." when I click add from the LibraryThing Work page (https://www.librarything.com/work/30149999) and nothing comes up from the various catalogs on the Add Books page. Help?

That happens often with LTER books because they are given away before they are published - and sources usually have them post-publication (or closer to publication).

If it does not auto-combine, we can take care of it but if other people had already added it, there is a good chance that it will join itself with the work when you add it.

…and now another issue with this particular ER book…

I have manually added this book and reviewed it, but the review does not seem to register on my Early Reviewers/Wins & Requests page. How do I get credit for this review?
