What The… ?????

Nice find! I had no idea. I was certainly buying and reading Easton Press that long ago but I would've been focused on the Greatest Books series and maybe starting to get into the other big series.

I remember seeing advertisements for their collected Pulitzer Prize winners set. I don't know how long they did this (for just one year? two?) but not long. I don't remember the price on the set but it was not cheap. But, certainly not anywhere near $1k.

I remember the ads, too, but I think for just one year. A trial balloon perhaps that popped.

I have the 1997 Pulitzer Prize set and this set (2006). I’m not sure if they did any other years. Anybody know?

They are trying to capitalize on the Oppenheimer movie with the Prometheus signed book in the 2006 set… just figured that out
