Do you feel their logic was right about the island in Lake Baikal? Any thoughts on the legend of the island?

I think Vigor has worked this out correctly.
GK’s mother had to come from somewhere, and GK had to be born somewhere. An island on Lake Baikal is as likely a spot as any. Stories were passed down by word of mouth - I see no reason for this one to be too far from the truth.

This was a very smart deduction….and a well thought out puzzle…if you set aside the whole body parts thing.

This logic seemed spot on, especially about the islands. Well done to Kowalski and his comment that helped them solve it. Interesting thoughts and comments about the island which also backed this up.

Most legends are built around some smidgen of truth...so this one probably was also. This, I learned is the deepest lake in the world. And actually, there are 5 legends surrounding the Lake... AND.... there are summer guided tours. Most of the tours are 7 days long. I really would like to go. Too bad it costs a small fortune. Maybe we could take the boat??? I think to pay for the tour we might have to sell the boat.

I'm putting him in an onboard swimming pool so the "big bad" sharks don't eat him...so he shouldn't fuss too much about footing the boat bill. Hope he has a lot of those pound and shilling thingy's.
