Any initial thoughts about the gunfire Rachel heard whilst she was in the barn, and who did you think held a gun against her head?

I thought it was the North Koreans. Once we learned Seichan had a tracking device, it was just a matter of time for them to show up.

I think it was Pak who held a gun to Rachel’s head.

The Mongols and Blue Wolf has been dealt with, so I think of the North Koreans who have not. Also, the tracking device mentioned by >2 bluebird_:
The gun then has to be held by the monstrous Pak.
