Once they discovered the cross did you have any initial ideas what they would do with it, and how they would use the eye?

Nope. Was just eating fried chicken on the boat and watching the sun set while waiting for Rollins to give us the answers

I didn’t really know how they would use the cross at that time.

The how I did not know, knew they would both be used in conjunction with each other.
