What was you thinking as to why David wanted Ruth and Kate to meet up with him and his daughter at Blakeney Point? Do this raise your suspicions at all, or was it entirely innocent?

I was a little nervous about the visit with David but figured that Kate and David’s daughter were there too. I think it was a good visit as Ruth heard him say that they have to be careful and not tell the police everything. Ruth was able to tell Nelson about that which was great.

I don't thought he invited her because they have same aged daughters, and it gave him an opportunity to find out what Ruth knew about the investigation.

I just thought he was at a loose end with his daughter, and was reaching out to Ruth and Kate as a lifeline. In this instance, I thought his actions were genuinely based on the fact that Ruth was a fellow single parent.

I was a tad worried, especially when she was going on a private boat. Still not totally sure why he asked her unless he was being genuine in this case.

I was very suspicious and worried, but tamped down my concern because I decided David would not want to harm Kate. Maybe he really does just want to get to know Ruth better and have a friend for his daughter…but I stil think he’s involved in the murders somehow. Most likely this was a fishing expedition..trying to learn what Ruth knows.

This was the first time I didn't suspect David of doing something dodgy. I felt a certain need for help and company in dealing with his daughter.

I'm torn between this trip humanizing David (by needing help with his daughter) and finding out how much Ruth knows about the investigation.
