Yes I think it is quite significant as he visited quite early in time regarding the investigation.

It seems important and I wonder if he has some relationship with him in regards to the vaccine research. But it could be that he was just exploring his theory of a vaccine killing off the Beakers.

It’s very interesting. But the ‘why’ is a puzzle.
