Any initial thoughts on the man watching Kim. who is blaming her for his life?

He hated Kim and called her a cold selfish bitch and asked her ‘Why didn’t you save me?’

I wonder if he could be someone she met as a child when she was in a care home.

Even someone she met when she was in care, or someone who felt let them down earlier in her police career. As usual she needs to watch her back!

I assumed it was someone Kim had gone through the care system with.

I was also thinking it was someone she let down early in her career, but i hadn’t considered it was someone from her care home when they were kids until you mentioned it. This seems more likely
