Should Kim have told Mrs Wakeman Maxine was dead before asking her all those questions? What did you think of this?

I think she wanted to get information before she got distressed over her daughter’s death.

I think she was afraid that once Mrs. Wakeman heard the news she would fall apart and not be able to answer questions.

I felt the way she did this was very cruel. Yes she wanted the information but she should have told her, her daughter was dead at the beginning of the conversation. She took advantage of her, and I just think this was wrong.

I was surprised Mrs Wakefield didn’t push back or question Kim as to the reason for their visit.
