Is there a way forward for Kim and Dawson?

Yes as Kim has to discuss the situation with Dawson and tell him why she does the things she does and explain to him that he is important to her and the reason why.

I think they can. Especially since Kim told him she is teamed with Bryant due to her own deficiencies.

I think there is a way forward but he will have to do a lot to earn back her trust, always a difficult thing to do.

Dawson can recover from this dreadful mistake but will have to work hard to regain the team's trust. The real question is, is he mature enough to take Kim's comments on board and change his own resentful mindset?
