What do you make of the storyline between Gemma and Kim? Where do you think it is heading?

The storyline between Gemma and Kim is that Gemma will not change her ways and Kim will need to accept that. I think Kim can understand that and just deal with it as is.

There's a grudging respect between the two of them. They are very similar.

As has been said they are both very similar and both very damaged, I am enjoying this part of the storyline. At one point I did think the second body was going to turn out to be Gemma. Looking forward to seeing where this storyline is taken.

Kim is showing a caring side, again. She’s mellowed since the dog, Barney, arrived in her life, though I doubt she’d recognise this herself. Hopefully, Kim can help get Gemma off the street and onto the straight and narrow. Or maybe not; not everyone can be saved.

Kim can see herself in this girl and if anyone can help her she's the one due to their similarity of character. Kim practically writes the scripts of their meetings.
