Any initial thoughts on Leo(AKA Shane) See >9 Andrew-theQM:

Once we knew about Leo, it seemed pretty obvious he was the one who was watching Kim. Interesting to see he blames Kim, yet Alex was the person who manipulated him and took advantage of him.

>2 Andrew-theQM: Who is Leo? I missed him as a character probably since his name is only 3 letters.

>3 EadieB: He was the one who Kim got the text message about, who was accused by Alex of assaulting her when she no longer needed him.and he ended up in prison, but released when she needed him again and she withdrew the charges. He’s also the one watching Kim from across the street.

>3 EadieB: We find out about Leo in Chapter 66.

>1 Andrew-theQM: Do you mean Shane?

In Chapter 66, it is Leo that Kim talks to David about, having got the text message about him previously when she ran out of the room.

On the second page of the chapter Kim says ‘David, where is Leo?’

In my book it says “David, where is Shane?”. And the text message from Alex was ‘How is Shane?’

>8 Sergeirocks: That’s weird, I’ve just checked on the search facility and there is no one called Shane in my book. >3 EadieB: Eadie is this why you didn’t know who Leo is? Do you have Shane in your book. Why would there be two versions of the book out there with different names in. My book is from archive.org.

>11 Andrew-theQM: yes my book says Shane too. I looked all over the book for Leo but couldn’t find it anywhere. I was too embarrassed to tell you so I thought I would wait for someone else to see if they could find Leo. Glad I’m not crazy!

To return to the original question, 😉, Shane/Leo is a damaged individual. At the moment he’s simply stalking Kim; I hope he doesn’t escalate this to anything really bad. I fear he’s another lost soul under Alex’s bidding.
