What do you think the Nostra Trinita is, and why do you think it is so sought after?

Nostra translates our and Trinita since it's capitalized is the God Head of Father, Son and Holy Spirit; it is a document relating to the Church. It is sought after because it has great import to the Church's history, either for good or bad. I have a feeling it is for the later.

Cardinal Gallo was interested in the Nostra Trinita in order to become pope. It was the Church’s ultimate secret.

I looked this up in case it was a real ‘thing’ - it isn’t. Which leaves me waiting for revelation within the story. Something arcane.

>4 Sergeirocks: Like Sergei I too looked this up. Now I wonder if this is a document or an artefact that is a visual representation of it. If a document I wonder what it would say that could be possibly controversial.
Thanks for the Trinity link Eadie.

Not sure what it could say, but Gallo and Spagna seem to think it will do more harm than good. I believe they said the want to destroy it.

Nothing sells like another Catholic Church conspiracy. I'm sure it will be something mysterious that religious leaders will do anything to protect.

I have to ask Mr. Google when things bug me...so I asked about this, and this is his reply.
Santa Trinita:
Santa Trinita (Italian for “Holy Trinity”) is a Roman Catholic church in Florence, Italy.
It is the mother church of the Vallumbrosan Order of Monks, founded in 1092 by a Florentine nobleman.
In summary, Nostra Trinita holds historical and mysterious significance, intertwining ancient secrets, religious orders, and cryptic messages.

I now really know no matter than I did before.

Thank you all for the marvelous discussion! I also am not sure what it may be, except for a Catholic secret related to the Holy Trinity. But the century and the place of origin I'm not sure about.
