Any thoughts of what the British desired from the Knight, following his taking the satchel, which had surprised the Knight?

The British wanted the Churchill Mussolini Papers and their location.

The Churchill/Mussolini papers were desired by the British.

They wanted the letters but I wonder if there's something else that's even more important. Churchill is dead......almost everyone involved in WW2 is dead. Even giving up a few hundred people on Malta in exchange for not having WW2 is not equal to the Holocaust. It has to be something else.
