Security warnings

I had trouble loading Librarycat this morning. The error said to check the proxy and firewall, so I tried to load it via cellular data. That worked, but then I got a warning message that the site had been reported as unsafe, specifically for containing phishing threats. I reported to Microsoft that the site is safe and was able to override the warning, but thought I should report the issue to you. I'm not sure if there is another problem with your security certificate, or if someone is attacking you. Either way, I hope this information is helpful.
