In the initial meeting it was said, ‘there’s no match with local missing persons so far.’ Any thoughts on this?

The missing person may be an immigrant or from the house of Refugees and not necessarily someone who is local.

Since the victim is an unreported missing child with middle east appearance she is an undocumented alien, and her parents are not likely to report her missing out of fear of deportation.

She was an immigrant there may never be a record of her anywhere. It's not like most of them check in anywhere and if she had any adults with her, they might not understand HOW to or WHO to report her being missing to. I image it was fear more than not understanding that caused he to not be reported.

They’re obviously looking in the wrong place…

>2 EadieB: I think there is going to be a link to the House of Refugees and I agree with all comments on the fear felt by refugees. This country has been dubbed a 'hostile environment' for them- sadly only too true.

Certainly seemed as if likely to be an immigrant, surprised Tony didn’t correlate it with the report of the missing child. This seemed beyond incompetent.
