What do you think is going on at the Sandwich factory? Why say Rahel and McKenzie had left? Did you think they had?

I don’t think they want Rahel to answer any questions as to what is going on so they said she and McKenzie left the sandwich factory. I’m not quite sure if they really left or if that is what they told the police.

agree with>2 EadieB: The Sandwich is a business hiring illegal immigrants at very low wages and long hours. The immigrants are trapped with no place else to go living in constant fear of deportation.

Seems the business is hiring the immigrants and paying very little. Most are probably glad to be employed and may not realize that it's not a good deal.

I’d say something underhand is going on at the factory, despite Boag’s closeness to Call-me-Stevie. Maybe it’s a front for, or linked to, the trafficking organisation.
Rachel and McKenzie had attracted the unwanted attention of the police. It’s my belief they were given their cards.

I agree with all comments and am quite sure that more is going on here than sandwich making. Boag puts on a good front but the speedy departure of Rahel and Mackenzie is highly suspicious.

They are hiding them away because they are using illegal immigrants. Even worse that they have the DCC in their pockets!
