Was it wise to give Omar Mared’s name to Dalgleish?

It was his covert way of asking her for her help in discovering who Omar is and where he can be found using Newspaper resources.

The only danger I can see in this is that it might put Dalgliesh at risk. If this Omar person finds out she’s asking about him, he might order her demise.
I don’t think she’ll publish anything without having more of a story to run with.
