Why would all details of Sheila Begbie have disappeared? Who did you think was responsible?

Because Shiela Begbie didn’t really exist. Winterthorne was responsible.

I believe the details disappeared by some supernatural force in keeping with that theme, as the only other way would be for someone with clearance and access to the system to delete them which i don't see happening.
