What to do about slipcase editions?

I know what I think should be done but there's a disambiguation notice so I don't know if my gut instinct is the right one.

There is a comic/graphic novel that I own called Something is Killing the Children which releases large deluxe editions.

We have the following:
Something is Killing the Children Book One Deluxe Edition
Something is Killing the Children Book One Deluxe Edition HC Slipcase Edition (Something Is Killing the Children 1, 1) (This one has a disambiguation notice explicitly stating not to combine it with the non-slipcase version.)
Something is Killing the Children Book One Deluxe Limited Slipcased Edition HC: Second Edition (this is just a reprint of the slipcase edition)

Also:
Something is Killing the Children Book Two Deluxe Edition
Something is Killing the Children Book Two Deluxe Edition Slipcase Edition (No disambiguation notice here)

There is no content difference between having a slipcase and not having a slipcase, the difference is literally just the slipcase. My gut says that all of the Book One entries should be combined into one entry and that all of the Book Two entries should be combined into one entry, but the disambiguation notice is making me second guess myself.

>1 darius52: If there is no contents difference, they get combined regardless of slipcases, different covers, gold-plated clamshells or whatever. :)

If the only difference is the slipcase, you can delete the notice and combine.

Easy enough, that's what I thought. Thank you both!
