The Host

Anyone have a take on The Host? I know it's a little off-topic...

I'm at Chapter 15. I'm not loving it as much as the Twilight Saga but I enjoy it quite thoroughly. It is definitely a thinking book.

It reminds be quite a bit of Brave New World by Aldous Huxley and The Giver by Lois Lowry.

It took me a bit longer to warm up to the characters... I cant say that I loved it. At first Mel was my favorite, then she began to get on my nerves with how muche she was whining about Jamie.
