Can't add comments on my 'your books'

If I click the comments box it turns gray then green? And a box on the right gets a check mark.

At the same time there is this annoying feature at the top of my 'your books' pages that I can't get rid of. To do this or that to Tags and other stuff. I must have done something, but I don't know what and can't undo.

The rectangular field at the top looks sort of like the above.

Are you on Power Edit? It’s the lightning bolt at the top of the page, towards the right side.
