I have a short, 6 min, video that I would like to add to my gallery and then send it in a post. When I send it to the post I just want to send a link so it will be optional to those reading my post to actually watch the video.
Is there a help document for me to learn if this is possible?

There are a number of posts that could help, apologies for not confirming your specific question but thought one might be useful:

The rules for the gallery are:
"We accept jpg, gif, bmp and png images, 8 MB maximum size."
You can enter a link to a video hosted somewhere else. I suggest giving people a good idea of what the video is if you want them to access it. I only very rarely access links outside of LT, and am not very interested in videos.

>1 JoeB1934: It is not possible.
LibraryThing does not host videos. You can upload your video elsewhere, e.g. youtube.com, and then paste the link into your Talk message.

>4 norabelle414: That is what I just concluded after messing around with it a bit. Thanks for confirmation.
