So I wonder if the sizes of Evil Fetus and Man in Jar are correct. Either we've got miniaturized humans a la The Master, or fetuses who died because their mother exploded before she even knew she was pregnant.

Probably miniaturized humans, otherwise we have to assume a giant glass jar manufacturer and who knows what else.
