After Separating do Descriptions move to correct works

After separating works do the descriptions move after some time? I've recalculated author/title and editions, and the description button, but don't see the descriptions changing. Wonder if I should flag, or how long to wait and see. Thanks.

I'm also wondering about this. On the works' 'description' pages I have found and clicked a 'recalculate' button, but I didn't notice a change after doing so.

Well, it depends on how long you waited.
On a short term (Like immediately), no, they won't move.
IF you've waited for more than 24 hours then yes, some will move, but not all.

Then you do what was suggested in >3 lesmel:

AFAIK, descriptions are tied to ISBN, so unless the particular ISBN remains among editions, it should be removed eventually.
