Presumably the knowledge that Jonathan, Mark’s best man, also wanted a ticket had excited her. She’s definitely treading dangerous waters here. She risks losing her marriage, it’s in such a delicate state just now.

Yes all due to Jonathan being there, she is crossing a very dangerous line here.

I agree with all of the above. I can't say that I'm surprised by her being tempted. The poor woman does not have much of a life.
