Neil needs to advise her to talk to her husband and tell him what’s going on. Pam needs to talk with her husband.

Not a good position for Neil to find himself in. He must feel torn.

I agree that this is awkward for Neil. I don't think he should tell Wesley what
he knows though. Never get involved in other people's marital troubles.
