Heritage Illustrated Bookshelf

I've come across some Heritage books that are printed as 'Heritage Illustrated Bookshelf' books. How are they different from the Heritage Press NY books? Do they contain the same content or has it been condensed? And are the illustrations of the same quality as a Heritage Press NY book?
