Was Edgar right about calling it in to organised crime, and for Bosch’s reason for not doing so? How do you think Bosch handled Edgar over this?

They both had good points, but I agreed with Edgar. They should have called it in right away.

Bosch is savouring his first decent case for months which is one reason he hesitates but i think his instincts are kicking in as well. He wants to know more before making that decision. He is delaying- not refusing outright.

Again, his elevated view of his self worth and I know it all causes a mistake in judgement. Successful people are successful because they realize they do not have all the the answers.

I thought he should have reported him but he did within a few hours so ultimately, did those few hours matter.

Yes they should have called OC but Bosch doesn’t follow regulations.
