Not at this point. I don’t see a motive. She could just divorce him if she wanted out. California has community property laws, so she’d get ½ of everything.

I agree with>3 JohnDBurke:, that the spouse is always the suspect...guilty until proven innocent. I don't think she's guilty though. It would be too obvious.
