Do you think Justin’s note to his mother would stop her guilt or her blaming herself for his suicide?

Eadie and I are sharing a copy of the book. We will be collaborating on the questions and she will respond. Different but will be fun for us.

I've had a book on order for over a month and have heard nothing from the library so we ended up sharing a book that I had in my library.

No. I think she would blame herself no matter what as a parent that could have done something if she had known he was about to commit suicide

No a parent will always blame themself, and ask why they didn’t see the signs.

>4 Andrew-theQM: I agree. One hears this tragic aspect of suicide again and again.

I doubt it very much. In fact, I suspect she’ll not only blame herself for the suicide, she’ll probably also blame herself for whatever he has done that has caused him to end his life.

No, she will still blame herself. I know a couple of parents who had adult children who committed suicide and they always blamed themselves for not seeing the signs.
