Any thoughts on Stacey going to visit Mrs Reynolds without anyone knowing about it? Was this the right thing to do?

She’s following a hunch, but she should at least have run it by a superior first. It’s bound to turn out that she’s on to something. I suspect it’ll involve the racism storyline.

Stacey is out of bounds but because of her past she could not help herself.

She definitely should not have gone rogue in this way, she should have discussed it first with a senior officer and explained her thoughts on it and why it needed to be followed up. I agree with >2 Sergeirocks: that it is likely to have a link to the racism storyline.

I think she should have told someone where she was going, but she was able to retrieve his computer.

Stacey should have run this past a senior officer first, but seems to be affected by earlier refusals to allow her a more active part in investigations.
