I wonder if this is a group of people. It seems odd to have so many different groups being targeted. Black, Jewish, Polish, and maybe even gay.

Yes, these are very disparate groups. This is horribly reminiscent of Nazi thinking. Many different groups were targeted although Jewish people were the largest by far.
