Why do you think the message was sent to Stacey about the laptop being outside? What did you think she should do?

They sent her the message to trick her to go outside so she could be abducted. She should have owned up to her fellow employees that she secretly was investigating Justin’s suicide.

This was a red flag for me; it should have been a red flag for her. She should have got a couple of colleagues to go outside with her.
I’m beginning to question her decision making, especially in light of her complaints about Bryant and Dawson not using her abilities to the full. At this juncture, I’m asking “What abilities?” They certainly don’t include common sense!

You just knew at this point it was a trap, and if she went outside she was going to be abducted. I shouted to warn her but don’t think she heard me!

Stacey's anxieties and resentment at her fellow officer's attitudes are escalating. I think that at this point she has lost all professional objectivity and is heading for big trouble.
