Jonty had contacted the American President directly in advance to see if they wanted to be at the auction. Do you think this was known by Stephanie Nelle? If not, why not?

Yes, agree - Fox would not have said a thing to Stephanie, and she did not have her usual sources to clue her in about the matter.
