Did you think Olivier would come out of this alive?

Once Eli made his move I thought Jonty would die, but I thought Eli or the Russians would do it.

Yes, I think he was kept alive purposefully. But later on he was killed by Sonia.

I did think he would survive as Eli may have still had a use for him such as a suspicion that he had information about more knowledge about the mines than he had mentioned to Eli in their discussions.

I thought he would be killed, but not by Sonia

The only one I expected to walk away was Cotton.

I thought he would not be killed, that Eli would make sure his Russian assassins didn't kill him. Which I guess left only Sonia to take the shot.
