I think Wootle is busy right now, so forgive me if you've already conversed with him, but based on largely his research and only a little of mine, it looks like A Stillness at Appomattox has been released 4 separate times:
1. #0104-???: A volume in the "Military History: The Masterpiece Library", which is probably what you mean by LOMH.
2. #0250-00?: A 3-volume set that also included Glory Road and Mr. Lincoln's Army
3. #0706-003: The third book in the 17-volume Library of American History
4. #1032-003: Unsure how this was presented, whether standalone or as a reissue of item (2) above.
A possible 5th release could exist, or may eventually exist, but at present I don't think it has been part of the "Military History Classics" (#2678) series, just based on how many books your list has versus how many this series seems to have (~120). The series is still current, though, so it may appear again at some point.
So, I was all ready to say that I wasn't sure about A Stillness at Appomattox being included in (1), because Wootle's data doesn't have it listed in series #0104 - the data for that series is incomplete. Fortunately, I was able to confirm that it was definitely part of #0104 because I have a real live flyer that has a picture of it (medium red leather), almost dead center amongst the other pictured books.
I suspect that the Collector's Notes would've only been included in the #0104 version and not in any of the subsequent reissues, which would explain why they're a bit harder to find.

First - I will gladly take a pic of the collection, or at least the part on display!
Treereader - Thanks for the comments! I would agree that the 0104 version would be the one I would include in the Mil Hist Library. The 0104 were the earliest mil history books (I joined in 1990), and the 2678 series began with Strategy by Liddel-Hart. The series also includes books from 0825. Easton Press seems erratic when it comes to item numbers.
There are 121 titles so far in 2678, and another 153 in 0104, 0825, etc. These all have Collectors Notes with crossed sabers.
Other lists include titles like The Making of the Atomic Bomb, but generally they have item numbers way out of the series and no Collectors Notes. Easton Press has published a lot of military history outside the LoMH - my spreadsheet tells me I have over 450 including the ones on this list.
Lastly, I would love to see the pic of the flyer. And if anyone ever comes across the Collector’s Note for A Stillness at Appomattox, let me know!

I uploaded the picture to my "Junk Drawer", where random stuff goes. The first link above takes you to the LT page for the image. The line just above this contains the URL to the actual image file as LT has stored it.
Nice military history library, by the way! Love the Shakespeare sprinkled within it. haha
