I've recently gotten back into reading and would like to attempt to read 50 books this year.
Bit of a late start since I didn't read anything in January, but for Feb so far:
1. The Women by Kristin Hannah - I didn't think I would enjoy this book because it's not my typical read, but I was so wrong! Once I started, I didn't want to stop.
2. What Have You Done? by Shari Lapena - I liked it, it was a quick thriller that kept my interest throughout. I've previously read other books by the same author The Couple Next Door and Everyone Here is Lying, I think I enjoyed this one the most.

3. Mad Honey by Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Finney Boylan - I picked this up at the library on a whim. It’s been years since I’ve read a Jodi Picoult book but I usually enjoy them. While I didn’t love the ending, overall I wasn’t disappointed and I learned a lot about bees!

4. Distant Shores by Kristin Hannah - I didn't really like this book, I chose it because it I was interested in reading another Kristin Hannah book and it had the shortest hold time at my local library. I didn't really like any of the characters which made it hard for me to want to see what happened next.
5. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid - This book sucked me in pretty quickly, I was prepared for there to be a twist from all the hype I had seen about the book, and it kept me guessing!

6. The Perfect Nanny by Leila Slimani - I saw a lot of praise for this book online, but it didn’t live up to the hype for me.

7. The Doctor’s Wife by Daniel Hurst - I enjoyed this psychological thriller. It was a quick read with good twists and turns.
